Shipping or collection
Choose mainland Spain shipping or collection at our Nerja centre. The basket displays the shipping charge and any free-shipping conditions applicable to your order. Contact us before purchasing for other destinations.
Confirm stock and delivery dates with the centre. The previously published estimate was 48–72 hours from carrier collection. Unless another period is agreed, the statutory maximum is thirty days from the contract.
Returns and withdrawal
Notify withdrawal within fourteen calendar days of receiving a distance purchase and return goods within fourteen days of notification. Email info@solecentrodeimagen.com with your order and products. Prior authorisation is not required.
Buyers pay direct return costs unless goods are faulty, we made an error or another arrangement applies. Collection charges require prior information and agreement. The hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods unsuitable for return for those reasons that have been unsealed.
Refunds and issues
Payments and standard initial delivery are refunded within fourteen days of notification, subject to receiving goods or proof of return. The original payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise. Report damaged or incorrect goods; these rights are independent of withdrawal.
